Manufactured in Germany in the 1960's this is a standard panel mount fuse holder of the era, accepts the common miniature 20mm (20mm long x 5mm diameter) size of fuse.
Lovely ribbed detail finger and thumb screw open top (do not meet modern safety requirements !) with transparent viewing panel so you can see if a fuse in situ or not.
Manufactured from a hard black plastic, they have a quite chunky appearance for a small fuse holder; designed for about an 18mm mounting hole, the bezel on the front is 24mm across and the ribbed top is 16mm across.
Overall length is about 40mm with 28mm of that been behind the mounting panel.
