These were manufactured by top antenna maker Procomm as their part number AN6111.
Other markings include SBS2-KS/I and GAD6110A.
They are a very nice quality flexible antenna, which is flat - not round like traditional mobile antennas. They have a nicely engineered swivel base which allows for 5 different angles, and a TNC type connection (male).
The antenna including its base is 54.5cm in overall length, we believe they were manufactured for use by the UK Metropolitan (London) police force so guess they could be around 450Mhz.
