These are genuine 1960's large mains voltage (220-250V) panel mount neons, as used on Rocola, Vox, Marshall and many other amps from that era.
Lovely square 'jewelled' large red lens, push fit with sprung metal wings that spring and secure the neon.
You don't see lovely genuine retro neons like this very often nowadays, and these ones are as new and unused !
