Manufactured by ProTrade to a very high quality, these are white low voltage down light fittings.
They have the ability to tilt either way from straight down by about 40 degrees, so not as much as a full eyeball type fitting, but a good and useful amount for a flush recessed fitting.
They are rated to 12V 50W, so can be used with any lamps upto that rating including LED lamps of the correct fitting, which is a type MR16 50mm.
