Shipping & Returns
Items are only shipped if we are in receipt of adequate cleared payment, no exceptions. We endeavor to ship within 1 working day of payment; small to medium size orders are usually dispatched via Royal Mail, heavier or high value items may be shipped via courier. Proof of postage is always obtained should there be a problem with your delivery.
Return of goods policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Should you have reason to return a product you have purchased, please follow the following guidelines:
All returns are on a return to base policy only.
To return an item, in the first instance please contact us for a returns number (RMA). Place the RMA inside and outside the shipping box.
Return the item to us via a traceable method (Recorded delivery, UPS or Fedex etc) for your protection. We will not be responsible for returned items which are not shipped back to us in this manner.
Returns are only accepted back in the condition in which they were supplied, and in any event only within 30 days of purchase. For this reason, please look at your purchase promptly upon receipt.
We cannot accept returns on Special-to-Order products or on any product that we may have modified for you, unless our error, since we cannot sell these items to others.
We make every effort to work with you if our product does not meet your expectations. Many of our customers have been our customers for many years.
