Manufactured to military specifications by Electroswitch of the USA as their part number 32202LK, these are a heavy duty rotary switch with 2 contact sections each been 2 pole 4 way, making a total switch configuration then of 4 pole 4 way break before make.
No stop (switch goes round and round) with 45 degrees between positions, though according to the manufacturers website the switch is changeable to have stops between 2 and 8 positions.
Rated upto 5A AC at mains, 5A DC at 28V.
Overall dimensions of the main body are approximately 38mm deep 45mm diameter, with a 6mm round shaft which protrudes from the switch by 30mm, mounting is a single 12mm hole.
Connections are screw terminal and all hardware for the switch is included.
