These are industry standard 40 pin LCD 4 digit displays, with decimal places and double dots (like on a clock 12:34)
The digits are roughly 13mm high. Overall the display measures 50mm x 30mm.
They run on 3V and are non- multiplexed (every segment has its own connection) and of the reflective type.
Not sure of the manufacturer but they are ex military so will be best quality.
