These are a printed circuit board mount (though they don't have to be mounted as such) twin phono / RCA female socket assembly.
Colour coded, the inside of one socket is orange and the other is black.
The common (outside / screen) connection on these are joined together
Overall height - as they are meant to be mounted vertically so one socket is above the other is 28mm plus connections.
